Sigh. Why must they call them sweetbreads? The name always sounds so nummy, and then I remember what they actually are.Answer to the question posed: Ham, mashed potatoes, and gravy. They pick up a smoked ham from Farmer Vincent, and The Brain That Wouldn't Die brings the gravy.
